Unknown T is back with the release of his highly anticipated track ‘Fresh Home’! The track comes as a follow up to Unknown T’s previous tracks ‘Leave Dat Trap’ featuring AJ Tracey, ‘MEAT’ and ‘Throwback’, which showcased the rapper’s versatitility. On the brand new track, Unknown T raps to a classic drill beat.
