After closing last month due to the coronavirus outbreak, Nando's have re-opened seven of their branches in the UK as a trial run to possibly opening more.
The seven branches that have been opened are based in Manchester and London, and are open for deliveries only using Deliveroo. The menu has also been reduced currently to ensure social distancing between staff whilst cooking the food.
"Each Nando’s restaurant has been working under Public Health England guidelines for the past week on top of their existing health and safety procedures," said a statement from Nando's.
The stores open in Manchester at Printworks and Fallowfield, and the stores open in London are Camberwell, Clink Street, Canary Wharf, Jubilee Place and Gloucester Road.
The trial will be treated like a controlled experiment as Nando's plans to reopen more restaurants when it is safe to do so whilst continuing to follow Government guidelines.
