Spain and London have linked up via Sav 12 and Patron 970 to give us “Wray & Nephew.”
Sav kicks the track ofF with his deep, raspy voice and Patron takes over. The two then go back-to-back, annihilating the instrumental at every chance. Sav lets us know that if “he’s on Ray then he’s on his nephew”. I’m glad I’m not Ray… or his nephew. Patron’s flow’s also cold, but he raps in Spanish so I can’t really offer you guys a lyric. Sorry.
It's always good to hear drill sound and flows from other countries, so hopefully there'll more Patron's finding their way into our scene.
The visuals are set partially in Milton Keynes and are of the duo showered in ice, and hanging out of pricey cars.
Sav 12’s USP is undoubtedly his eerie, deep voice and that’s what resonated with me in this video. As he says his “rambo’s big”, so provided he doesn’t get me with it, everything’s cool.
What do you think?
