Bad news amigos, anyone who goes on holiday to Spain must now self-isolate for two weeks when arriving back in the UK.
The announcement comes after the meditarranean holiday hub has seen a sharp spike in Covid infections. 900 new daily infections over the past two days in fact, with spikes in the regions such as Catalonia - which is where popular destination Barcelona is.
This comes just 16 days after we were told that quarantine measures were dropped for those travelling to Spain.
On Friday, a leading health official conceded that Spain could be about to experience a second wave of coronavirus infections.
EasyJet said last night that they did not plan to cancel flights over the coming days, however punters may be able to transfer their flights to another day for free.
The airline tweeted: "We are monitoring the situation and continue to provide some flexibility for those who, if they no longer wish to travel, can transfer flights without a change fee or receive a voucher for the value of their booking.
“We plan to operate our full schedule in the coming days.”
