The intro to this sounds like something straight out of a horror film and when that drop hit, I was not ready. The loud and aggressive Hip-hop beat took me by surprise that the track had to get the wheel-up. Shaybo comes through with immense energy, switching the flow up numerous times, keeping the listener on their toes. The South Londoner delivers a blaring chorus, letting everyone know not to come for her.
Snap Capone steps up and lets everybody know with his first bar that going against him will result in a loss. The Peckham artist delivers a verse full of self-assertion coupled with an on-point delivery. Whenever Snap is on a track, you know that certified greaze is coming your way.
Just like the intro of the instrumental, the visuals give the idea that we are in for a horror movie. We see the credits and the title of the track, just like we do at the beginning of a film. The video gives me the impression that the artists are performing to me, as we see Shaybo and Snap Capone on a stage reciting their bars in the spotlight. The use of the strobe lights further amplifies the felling of a concert or a performance from the artists.
Snap was not lying when he said, “Snap Capone, Shaybo dangerous”. Both artists definitely let it be known that they are here and not to be messed with.
