With the release of two highly anticipated albums, Headie One has secured #1 in the official UK album charts dedicating his project to his dearly beloved mother.

The North London rapper has succeeded the UK's most streamed album of the week with 25.5 million total track streams! With major features including Drake, Future, Kaash Paige and Skepta, the project is to be described as nothing less than a phenomenon.

Headie One reacted to this news exclaiming, "Having my debut album go to number 1 means alot to me. Edna this is for you'.

Following the secured #1 spot, D Block Europe shot to second place in the charts. The highly approved duo, Young Adz and Dirtbike LB's album release, 'The Blue Print: Us vs Them', also released on October 9 was just as loved by the UK nation and is undoubtably a memorable and outstanding project.

Following D Block Europe's previou mixtape releases, including Home Alone, PTSD and Street Trauma; debut album 'The Blue Print' results in being their fourth time securing top 10 in the UK album charts. Their popularity is evident and proves that their audiences continue to love and support their music.

It has been an excellent run for both Headie One and DBE, both being remarkably talented acts. Their hard work and consistency has paid off. Black british music has done it again!
