Sway DaSafo teams with Idris Elba and Tiggs Da Author for 'Champion'

This year has seen the return of UK Hip Hop legend Sway Dasafo. It had been a few years since we had heard from Sway but back in May, he teamed with Jaguar Skills for the 'I Want to be' album. And now he preps the release of his next EP with the first single 'Be A Champion' featuring Tiggs Da Author and Idris Elba.

Spitting over an up-tempo summery beat, this sounds like a sunny carnival day and is a real anthem. Sway spits biographically, telling his story of making it in his own way, with Tiggs providing the infectious chorus with Idris Elba providing his own rendition also.

It is always good to hear from Sway, who is one of the pioneers in the UK scene. His mixture of flow, punchlines and message made him one of the most popular rappers at the time and his time away from the scene had many people asking where he had gone.
