Dizzee Rascal brings in Ella Eyre for nostalgic ‘Body Loose’ visuals

Dizzee Rascal and Ella Eyre have brought some serious nostalgic vibes with their latest release, Body Loose. The nostalgia comes from the sampling of a UK classic, Body Groove.

Dizzee Rascal is known for his upbeat persona and he certainly knows how to make banger you can dance to. Spitting over a sampled version of the Garage classic, the Grime legend gives us a verse of feel-good and light-hearted bars.

The chorus, sung by Ella Eyre re-enacts the legendary original. Like the original, the chorus is upbeat and full of positive energy; It is impossible to keep still whilst listening to this.

The visuals are very fun and uplifting, keeping up with the theme. In the video, we get a lot of bright and uplifting colours, connoting positivity. We also see a lot of dancing and smiling, everything about the visuals is good vibes.

It is unfortunate that we are in a lockdown because this song makes me want to hit the clubs and skank it out. This is the type of song you can put on and for a few moments, all your problems go away, as you feel the cheerful energy.
