Sway was one of the most prominent UK artists in the mid-2000s. At a time where Grime was starting to become the prominent genre, Sway was able to straddle the line between Hip Hop and Grime, getting love from both sides. His popularity led to a deal with Akon, and collaborations with US artists like Lupe Fiasco and Chamillionaire.
But Sway has been away from the scene for the past few years, his last album Deliverance being released in 2015. But Sway is now prepping a new album, Next Chapter, for 2020 and this week he sat down Mark Whittle on the Take Flight podcast to talk about his career and his future plans.
