Asos is set to invest 90-million pounds in a new warehouse in Litchfield, that will open up to 2000 job vancencies.
The retail-giants have had a strong 12-months while highstreet chain wilted under the cataclysmic impact of Covid-19, last spring.
The site will be around 437000 square feet in size.
No dates have been announced yet on when construction will start, or when the project will be completed.
Nick Beighton, chief executive of Asos, said: “This significant investment in infrastructure and large-scale job creation is a reflection of the confidence Asos has in its future and the quality of the skills and talent available in this well-placed location. "
He added: "When fully up and running in 2023, the site will support our ever-increasing customer demand and enable us to develop our offerings and delivery capabilities even further.”
