Another week another Genesis Elijah as he continues his 2021 onslaught of a song every week. This one is taken from his upcoming album 'Vision' scheduled for March 26th.
This one, once again produced by Pastor Dutchie and Shapes, sounds like a classic grime track. The track sees Genesis Elijah reflecting on his career with bars like "built up my stamina, by chasing Wiley for a verse" and "cause I've been putting all these dogs down, but I ain't done a Fire in the Booth yet, Charlie I'm on the same number, still the same yard I ain't moved yet, it was me you and Little Dee in 010, so tell me what I got to do next" along with shout outs to Klashnekoff and Skinnyman who appeared on his first mixtape 'Deh Pon Road.'
The video sees Genesis Elijah sitting in his front room, as he described it: "I never got a Fire In The Booth so I burnt down my front room instead."
Check the video out below and keep an eye out for new Genesis Elijah every week of 2021.
