Channel 4 have created a new animated series ‘Rap Therapy’ to explore artists struggles with mental health.

The five-episode series is aimed at teenagers. Produced by Mother’s Best & TOAD and backed by the South London and Maudsley foundation, the series hosts guests, several guests.

Krept and Konan discuss trauma and grief and delve into the loss of Konan's father and Krept's cousin and rapper Cadet, Ray BLK talks us through mindful breathing, Ms Banks tackles body image and D Double E explores sleep and bad habits.

The series is out as of today, Monday 18th of January and available to watch for free on Channel 4's streaming service.
