Cesar returns with fresh new track 'Scrubbed'

Rising Manchester rapper Cesar returns to the scene with the new track 'Scrubbed.'

Energetic track 'Scrubbed' opens with distorted vocals, hard 808s and bouncy backing vocals. Produced by JayBenJay, Cesar effortlessly raps over the beat with playful and confident bars. He makes several clever references, from Micheal Jackson to Dragon Ball-Z character Goku.

The visuals enhance the track's playfulness, with several animations appearing throughout the video as Cesar takes us around Manchester. At times the visuals are especially thought-provoking - a mural dedicated to George Floyd and a poster saying 'the Queen wears stolen diamonds.'
