Lady Ice and Tiny Boost just joined forces on a new track titled ‘The Way Things Go’, as premiered exclusively on Link Up TV.

This joint features two abrasive verses from Boost and Ice respectively. Tiny takes you on a lyrical journey about his experiences growing up and existing in the streets of Peckham. He spits his game, detailing what he’s been about from 16 and 17-years-old, living a life immersed in gang altercation. His down-tempo, braggadocios flow fits well with his SN1’s aesthetic and lives up to his greasy reputation.

Lady Ice handles the separating hook, as well as the second half. She sings “And it’s the way things go, It’s the way it goes down. And I don’t have to say my name, cos they already know me around town.”

The scene switches to Manny as Lady Ice spits her own truths about the ends she grew up in. She talks us through her hustle from day dot, that she’s as respected as anyone on the road, making sure you understand that what she says goes. Ice sports her signature flow in this one, delivering knock-out bars one by one. The video candidly visualises what the two artists are speaking about, giving us a view into the way things really go down in their areas. This is a heavy collaboration between two juggernauts in their own lanes, we’d love to see more from them in the future.
