East London based artist Cloudy delivers brand-new track 'Comfort You' – and it's is a vibe from start to finish.
Born and raised in Hackney, East London, Cloudy’s music reflects the inner-city culture he is surrounded by, through his way of blending Rap, Dancehall, Afrobeats and R&B together so smoothly. From a young age, the artist showed interest in many genres, and he utilises this early interest in his fusion of them today – alongside his melodic flows.
New single 'Comfort You' conveys a message about the importance of love, with comfort being the main thing to make someone's day – no matter the person or circumstance. Lines such as, "Baby don't cry, I'll be here tonight" stand out as simple ways of letting someone know that you have their back, no matter what. Everybody needs a support system, and this comforting track highlights that well.
The well-captured visuals fit well with the track by painting a picture of the story being told in the lyrics. From the track itself to the cool concept, many people will be able to connect with 'Comfort You' on a real level.
