Breakout R&B artist JVCK JAMES drops psychedelic visuals to his latest single, 'Joyride (ándale)'. The track is taken from his latest EP, Joyride, released just last month in March. The EPis an exciting project that sees him explore themes such as love and joy, as well as merge his own influences with the iconic 90's R&B scene that shaped him.
With cars and journeys already being a common theme in his work' Joyride (ándale) is a track that sounds exactly like it was made for late-night drives. With ándale translating to 'come on' JVCK JAMES urges us to come along too. As he glides over the GA produced beat with slick vocals he reflects on the thrills and uncertainties of love.
The visuals are equally as vibrant as the track, and the whole ep, in fact, are sonic. The video opens with an interesting quote about love before seamlessly switching between different scenes. The 90's influence is also evident down to the styling and dance breaks.
