DoRoad provides visuals to new track ‘It Was Me’. The South London rapper ensures the track stays hype throughout by offering an energetic chorus matched with upbeat verses.
DoRoad spits effortlessly over the bouncy drill beat creating a feeling of pandemonium. ‘It Was Me’ begins with a memorable chorus and is followed by verses of a similar lively fashion. The rapper gives us an insight into the hectic life on the roads, with lyrics detailing trips to cunch, to the trap being raided.
‘It Was Me’ visuals have a gritty feeling to it, coinciding perfectly with the track. A masked DoRoad – dressed in all black – spits bars whilst surrounded by his boys. The night-time settings further portray a dark and dingy theme. All aiding the crud-filled offering to become a well-rounded tune.
DoRoad’s ‘it Was Me’ has all the ingredients for a drill anthem. The wavy nature of his flow mixed with viscous bars makes the track catchy and the zestful nature brings a powerful energy.
