Catford, Lewisham rapper N4P returns to Link Up TV with a brand new video for his latest release 'First Lesson'.
This creative set of visuals sees the South London based rapper deliver his vision to us through both his lyrics and the clean visuals simultaneously, as he cleverly details how he moves and how far he believes he has come on his journey so far. The U.K. Drill offering is definitely very vibrant, mostly due to the drum pattern and bass slides - synonymous with the genre, but on this occasion more comparable to the Drill songs that usually have dances attached to them. 'First Lesson' is the follow up to the rapper's well received 'Mind Yourself' visuals that offered up a similar bounce and feel instrumental wise, and a very similar style in N4P's cadence and delivery.
The video takes place in a classroom setting, which goes well with the overall theme of the song itself, and even seemingly provides foreshadowing for what we're to expect from N4P's forthcoming EP. This track sees the rapper breifly touch on some of the hardships that come with the lifestyle he's referring to as well as some of the highlights, which provides an unexpected balance to the "lessons" we're being tought during the song.
'First Lesson', is taken from N4P’s forth coming EP, aptly titled, 'Class', and is available to buy and stream via all major digital outlets including Apple Music here and Spotify here.
