Aida Lae unleashes stunning brand new single 'Heartbroke'

Swedish singer Aida Lae unleashes her brand new single titled 'Heartbroke' via Insanity Records.

After bursting onto the scene this year with her soulful feature on ‘Good Hearts’, a slice of UK garage from East London grime MC Ghetts’ latest album ‘Conflict of Interest', Swedish artist Aida Lae (pronounced EYDA-LEY) proves she’s in it for the long haul with the release of her new single ‘Heartbroke’.

Co-written in LA with pop-hit maker Tayla Parx (who boasts credits such as Ariana Grande, Little Mix - Sweet Melody, Khalid, Megan Thee Stallion), the sweet-toned and sunlit ‘Heartbroke’ yields a bittersweet love song about the pain of a break up along with the trials of a new relationship. The harmonising beat is complimented perfectly by Aida's 90's reminiscent R&B style vocals.

Speaking out about the song herself, Aida said:

'I had the pleasure of collaborating with the amazing Tayla Parx on ‘Heartbroke’. She’s such an amazing songwriter/artist, and to be able to have her input on this song was so precious. The song is a testament to the stages of vulnerability that the heart experiences post break-up, and how you have to keep moving forward so time can do its thing and mend a broken heart. Time is of the essence and I don’t want to waste it being sad, I want to spend time looking toward the future'.
