Pip Millet unveils visuals to new single 'Hard Life'

R&B songtress Pip Millet unveils visuals to her new single 'Hard Life.' This latest offering is taken from her upcoming EP Motion Sick, which is out on August 13. Alongside dazzling new tracks the EP is set to feature Ghetts collaboration 'Running'. Like 'Running', 'Hard Life' takes a look at what it means to be Black, this time drawing on Millet's own experiences growing up.

Opening with a voicenote detailing Millet's own experiences being the only Black kid, the rest of the single continues in a similar nostalgic vein. Exploring identity, the visuals directed by Mollana Burke capture images of adult Pip Millet as we know her, alongside scenes and memories from her youth. Whilst the visuals depict happy scenes the lyrics are more contemplative in nature.

Produced by Joice and Josh Crocker, 'Hard Life' is a jazzy track that is complimented by Millet's soulful vocals but with an unmistakble eeerie quality. Check out the visuals below!
