Tommy Evans teams with Alim Kamara for 'Tony Yeboah'

Tommy Evans is not slowing down. Fresh off the release of his latest album 'Collateral Beauty' he is getting right back to it, teaming up with French producer Sai T for their forthcoming collaborative album 'False Conscious Liberation.'

This is the second single from the album and sees Tommy linking up with Alim Kamara to pay tribute to the legendary Ghanian footballer Tony Yeboah, who also happened to play for Tommy's hometown team, Leeds United.

Sai T provides upbeat production, giving us a real summer feel. The production gives Tommy and Alim a chance to showcase their lyricism, interweaving football punchlines with some social commentary with Alim also providing the chorus in Sierra Leonean Krio. You can put this one and catch the vibes or you can keep your ears locked and try and catch the football metaphors and the deeper message being provided.
