Genesis Elijah releases new album 'A Prophet In His Hometown'

Genesis Elijah does not stop! With weekly releases and an album, 'Vision,' released already this year, he is now back with a new album 'A Prophet in His Hometown.'
Produced by frequent collaborators Pastor Dutchie and Shapes, Genesis really gives us a look into his life and headspace on tracks like 'Break Down,' ‘Call Home,’ and 'Fool at Forty' and celebrating the people in his life on 'Good People.'
With this album, Genesis Elijah has produced another cohesive project, more mellow than ‘Vision,’ but just as enthralling, each track giving listeners an insight into the different dimensions of Genesis Elijah. And he does not slack with the bars, on tracks like 'Sleeper Pick' he responds to Joe Budden's request for bars, more than providing.
And of course, he will be carrying on his weekly releases, which you can find on this Spotify playlist
