Tommy Evans teams with Jayda David and Jakodie for 'L.O.V.E'

UK Hip Hop veteran Tommy Evans is back again with the latest single off his upcoming album, a collaboration with French producer Sai T, False, Conscious Liberation.

The latest track, 'L.O.V.E', sees Tommy team up with previous collaborators singer Jakodie and spoken word artist Jayda David. Over production from Sai T reminiscent of Donuts era, J Dilla, Tommy contemplates love and relationships in the modern era with everything that comes with it. And as can be expected from Tommy, there is a plethora of references including a clever sequence where he closes the first verse with a reference to Nas' 'It Was Written' and then opens the second verse with a reference to 'Stillmatic.' Jakodie provides a soulful chorus with Jayda David assisting on back ups.
