Rasharn Powell And Ojerime Link Up For Playful New Single 'Play 2'

Rasharn Powell taps South London songstress Ojerime for playful new single 'Play 2.' The single marks both artists first release of the year.
Pushing a sound that is simultaneously futuristic and nostalgic, duality is a clear theme in his works, from his debut album 'Dusk & Dawn' to this latest collaborative effort 'Play 2.' Similarly Ojerime mixes her sweet sounding vocals with moodier, introspective sounds on 2020's acclaimed mixtape B4 I Breakdown.
Produced by Niels and Sam Taieb, 'Play 2' captures slow jamz vibes with indulgent lyricism.Playgul and teasing in many ways, the song even comes with an interactive game, with rewards for the fastest time. Check it out here.
Speaking off the song Powell says: '‘This song speaks for itself in regards to feeling it brings. It rumbles through your body and it’s a side I haven't shown. I’m excited for this side. To be accompanied by Ojerime, who I’ve always had a crazy amount of love for, is even better.'
