Dizzee Rascal Announces O2 Arena Show Celebrating 20 Years Of 'Boy In Da Corner'

Dizzee Rascal has announced that he will be doing a huge O2 arena show to celebrate 20 years of his game-changing project 'Boy In Da Corner'.
The legend that is Dizzee Rascal broke onto the scene almlost 20 years ago when he released his innovative and groundbreaking album 'Boy In Da Corner'. The album that set the pace for Grime music in the UK and brought life to the scene is 20 years old next year and to celebrate, Dizzee Rascal is bringing a very special celebration show to London's 02 Arena in March 2023.
The album - which features iconic tracks such as 'I Luv U', 'Fix Up Look Sharp' and 'Sittin' Here' to name just a few - came out in 2003 when the innovative MC and producer was only 18. 'Boy In Da Corner' won the prestigious Mercury Prize and is easily one of, if not the most definitive Grime full-length projects. The critically-acclaimed LP saw Dizzee labelled “the most original and exciting artist to emerge from dance music in a decade,” by the Guardian.
Speaking on the landmark moment, Dizzee commented: "It' s mad how it's 20 years since Boy In Da Corner! That album changed my life and I'm forever thankful to everyone who's shown love in that time. Destined to become Dizzee’s most memorable show to date, this unmissable headline performance will take place on 8th March at the storied, 20,000 capacity O2.
