The Sidemen's very own KSI, Tobi and Vik join forces with JME on new Christmas single 'Christmas Drillings'.
Following the success of the track and music video - both made in just 24 hours in a Sidemen Sunday video - the group have decided to make a real push for Christmas number 1 with this track which features the legend that is BBK's very own, JME. Since its release the track has received huge public support, leading to the track being released completely independently and having gone to No. 1 on iTunes last week, it entered at No. 39 in the midweek charts.
The track opens with JME laying down his verse with an underlying message regarding the energy crisis which is currently going on, but also doing what he does best on a track with his bars and flow. Tobi comes with a slightly more melodic flow but does it seemingly effortlessly, as he finds a decent pocket on the beat to rhyme into and his verse contains some intelligent and witty bars throughout. KSI delivers the hook which is nothing short of catchy and likely to be stuck in listeners heads - as well as an interesting verse. Finally, Vik drops his verse and considering he is not a rapper, holds his own on this track which had fans excited, but also surprised many people.
All proceeds made from the track are being donated to the charity FareShare as they look to reach the number 1 spot this Christmas! FareShare works with the food industry to get good-to-eat surplus food, that may otherwise go to waste, to over a million people across the UK, via our network of 9,500 charities.
