Strawberries and Creem announce there will be no festival this year, but a number of night-time events throughout the year.

After a decade of back-to-back events, Strawberries & Creem is looking ahead to the festival's next chapter. Ten years on, the team behind the festival retain the same ambitious energy that has grown the festival to where it is now, as well as the "Celebrate Heritage" and "Champion Future" motto that underpins its identity. With this ethos at heart, the festival promises to return bigger and better than ever in 2024, taking things up a level to celebrate its tenth anniversary.

Strawberries & Creem festival director William Young said: “The S&C team has been working on creating Strawberries & Creem version 2.0, to take the festival into an exciting new era. This unique festival has continually grown with its audience, and it is essential for us to keep innovating and evolving, to offer even more special experiences, and champion new talent and ideas. We can’t wait for 2024 and to continue the journey with our amazing S&C community.”

The festival’s tenth anniversary edition - taking place next year - will be the first next-generation Strawberries and Creem fest, and will continue to promote the best in music and youth culture – reflecting its diverse crowd with a reported exceptional line-up across hip-hop, UK rap, afrobeats, R&B, neo-soul, reggae, House, D&B, Dancehall and Soca.

The festival have also said that they will also continue its pioneering work towards gender equality in line-ups and audiences too – championing non-male talent across its music stages, and supporting its charity partners such as UN Women UK in campaigning for Safe Spaces Now, to ensure that the safety of attendees of all genders is a top priority.

They have also said that there will be a summer event series this year - so watch this space.
