Despite being marketed as a women’s sneaker, the Air Max Sunder has sparked significant excitement among male sneaker enthusiasts. The larger sizes of the Air Max Sunder “Canyon Gold” have sold out quickly, while the more common women’s sizes remain available and are starting to be marked down. This trend suggests that Nike might need to reconsider their target demographic for this model.

A similar pattern is expected for the upcoming “Electric Green” colorway, with larger sizes likely selling out faster than smaller ones. The “Fuchsia Flash” colorway, with its bold pink design, might be an exception, but overall, the Air Max Sunder’s revival hasn't met the high expectations set during its initial reveal last year. However, the recent “Gold” Air Max Sunder could be the one to attract a diverse audience.
