Dimzy is back with new banger 'Matching’.
The South London rapper dons a calm and collected flow over a simple yet rhythmic drill beat on new single 'Matching'. The smooth nature of the instrumental compliments Dimzy’s laid-back persona, whilst the slow tempo inspires listeners to take in every bar.
As always, the 67 rapper rides the drill beat smoothly and effortlessly, creating a memorable chorus in the process. The verses from Dimzy are solid and serious. His flow is so chilling, that when he raps you listen.
'Matching' has a gritty and dingy feel due to the combination of sound and visuals. Black and white scenes within the video portray the track in a dark and shadowy way. In other scenes, we see the rapper wears hood up and face covered at night-time—adding to the serious and sombre nature of the track.
There's no doubt that Dimzy is as real as they come. Everything about the rapper seems authentic, and this is part of the reason why his music never misses.
